Method of booking:
The booking will be confirmed, after check of availability, sending:
a) Deposit (as confirm) equal to the 30% of the total amount of the rooms booked for the whole period.
b) An active number of a mobile phone.
Arrivals and Departures:
a) Arrival at the Hotel within 6.00 P.M.
b) In case of arrival at the Hotel after 6.00 P.M. is necessary inform the Reception; For particular needs, we suggest you to contact us before.
c) The day of departure the room must be left within 10,00 A.M. .
Cancellation:
a) In case of cancellation of the reservation communicated at least 48 hours before the day of arrival, will not be applied penalty.
b) In case of cancellation communicated less than 48 hours before of the arrival, the quota paid will not be returnable and the client will pay compensation equal to the price of one night.
c) Similar treatment will be applied in case of cancellation for departure in advance.
Methods of payment:
a) Deposit as confirm equal to the 30% of the total amount of the rooms booked for the whole period, with the following method:
